We will be happy to assist you in person and are required to sign up for a seasonal contract.


1- The holder of the reservation must be of legal age.

2- The reservation is personal and cannot be transferred without prior authorization.

3- To formalize the reservation you must pay 50% of the total amount of the stay. This amount can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

4- The booking process ends with the confirmation sent by the campsite, by email, when you have received the booking deposit. The owner of the reservation must verify the confirmation sent by the campsite and notify immediately in writing or by telephone any errors they may detect. At the time of registration, the original DNI or Passport of the holder and of each companion must be presented at the reception. It is the responsibility of the reservation holder to register all accompanying persons. People who do not register on arrival will be considered a visitor by paying the corresponding fee. The stay must be paid in full at the time of registration in cash or credit card. If the full payment for the stay is by bank transfer, the full payment for the stay must be made 4 days before arrival.

In the event of not completing the entire booked stay, the customer will not be entitled to a refund for days not consumed.


In Accommodation:

Bed linen and towels are not included. You can hire them during the online booking (optional).

Pets are not allowed in the Bungalows.

Pets are welcome at the Serra de Prades resort in the Bungalows intended for them identified on the web. The client is obliged to register his pet at the Reception and it is his responsibility for the good behavior of the same. Serra de Prades Resort reserves the right to take action on site in the event of neighborhood nuisance or silence. In this link you can consult the breeds considered dangerous and which do not accept your reservation according to current regulations.

The maximum number of people staying in each type of accommodation must be respected. Only children under the age of 3 cannot be included in the full payment calculation.

Arrival time is from 5pm to 10pm and departure time is before 11am.

At the time of registration at reception you must leave a deposit of € 100 by card or cash, per accommodation, which will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours after departure as long as the accommodation is left in the optimal rental conditions in which has been found.

There will be a charge of 50 € in case of leaving the accommodation without removing rubbish, dirt or with dishes to wash.

In camping pitches:

The maximum number of occupants per plot is 6 people, children included

Pets are welcome in the camping area, except for breeds considered dangerous according to current regulations

The client is obliged to register the pet and it is their responsibility for its good behavior, they must be tied up and always accompanied, the needs will be collected to maintain the hygiene of the enclosure. Uncivil conduct identified at the Reception will be penalized with expulsion or financial burden according to municipal regulations.

It is important to indicate in the reservation if you will be staying in a caravan or tent, and the size. If not determined, the customer will not be able to claim the ideal size for your installation.

Arrival time is from 12 noon to 10 pm and departure time is before 12 noon.


According to Law 5/2012, March 20. The client is obliged to pay the Tourist Tax directly at the campsite up to a maximum of seven nights (children under 16 are exempt).


Failure to pay the reservation deposit within 48 hours entitles the campsite to the immediate cancellation of the reservation request.

Our cancellation policy, depending on the date notified, is:

more than 30 days = 100% refund

between 30 and 10 days = 50% refund

less than 10 days = 0% refund

In case of cancellation of a reservation you must inform the reception via email ( The campsite will always send an email confirming the cancellation of this reservation and notifying the customer of the process of returning the reservation deposit, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Refunds will be made by transfer, if applicable, at the end of the month following the date of cancellation.

Serra de Prades reserves the right, in case of overbooking, weather conditions or any other justifiable reason, to cancel the reservation. In this case, you agree to notify the customer as soon as possible and if you have already paid the booking deposit, you will be reimbursed in full this amount.
