What will we do?

1. You will take autonomy with the paddle board in and out of the water, as well as basic notions of the team.
2. You will learn to do the right arm and move safely.
3. You will perfect your aerobic capacity and muscular endurance.
4. You will develop the balance.
5. You will disconnect and have a great time doing health and sport.

1. Paddle surf equipment (board, rowing, leash safety cord)
2. Life jacket.
3. Neoprene (additional cost € 5).

Required for the activity:

Sun protection, cap, sunglasses and drink. We recommend wearing sandals.

We are full of daily occupations and the time we have left to devote to our pets, as well as being able to go out to paddle, is very fair. For this reason we propose to combine the two activities into a pleasant experience and to prevent your dog from staying at home.

Many dogs are born swimmers and usually enjoy the crossing at the front of your SUP board. You may be surprised at the connection you will get by sharing your board with your dog!

Your loyal companion will love to climb your SUP board every time you go out paddling. Your dog needs to spend time with you, so why not take advantage of each trip? If you have a pet you will be interested in knowing how to introduce it to the SUP world.
